On Thursday, October 1st at approximately 9:00AM there will be a planned service interruption to place the newly installed water main into service. The outage is expected to last approximately eight hours, and will be followed by a precautionary boil water advisory. The areas affected are as follows: from 1059 Old Turnpike Road to 8956 Old Turnpike Road, Grogg Drive, Windy Run Road, Locust Estates, Two Lick Road, Lower and Upper Little Birch Road, from 20 Crites Mountain Road to 303 Crites Mountain Road, from 41 Centralia Road to 5626 Centralia Road, Bug Ridge Road, Camp Scott Road, Toler Drive, Floyd Drive and the Little Birch Elementary School. This Precautionary Boil Water Advisory will affect all other area residents with low water pressure, no water pressure, or cloudy water.
